SHIPPING POLICY
From dispatch to delivery, the shipment usually takes 2-7 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer than usual.
Once you place an order, you will receive a notification with the order placement details, day & date, and time of dispatching the order and the expected delivery. We advise you to check your email regularly.
Under no circumstances do we entertain or accept any cancellations once we dispatch the order from our fulfillment center.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts for 7 days. Your product can be replaced or exchanged for something of the same or greater value within 7 days of the purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on Sale Items.
Also, please note that prepaid orders should not be canceled as they will be shipped. If you want to exchange your prepaid orders, please accept the delivery first.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
For Pre-paid Orders
Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the receipt of the product and is applicable only for any of the following reasons: the item received is different from the item ordered, the item is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect. The time frame to apply for a return starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.
Please send us 2 images (one of the defect and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at Coraltree.in@gmail.com, where our quality team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return. Also, please state if you want the exchanged product to be the same as initially ordered or any other product with the same or higher value, with the price difference to be paid by the customer.
We will get back to you with your return request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request email with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product. Once approved, we will dispatch a new set of the same product or a new product, as instructed in your email.
Points to remember: The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the Tags, Barcode, Accessories, Manual card, Warranty card, and Shipping label (pasted on the packet). The product must be unused and in its original condition.

If your order is tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order upon arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing us at Coraltree.in@gmail.com.

Order Tracking
You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real-time.
Orders Cancelled by Coral Tree
Coraltree.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. The brand will ensure that any communication of the cancellation of an order, or any applicable refund, will be made within a reasonable time frame.
