   SHIPPING POLICY

From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 2-7 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order, day & date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. We advise you to check your email regularly.

We, under any circumstances, don’t entertain or accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre.

 

                                      REFUND and RETURN POLICY                                      

Our Policy lasts 7 days. Your product can be replaced or exchanged for something of same or more value within 7 days of the purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

No refund or exchange is offered on Sale Items.

Also note please don’t cancel your prepaid orders as they will be shipped. If you want to exchange your prepaid orders please accept the delivery first.

To be eligible for a return , Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.





                                                           








RETURN PROCESS

For Pre-paid Orders

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the receipt of the product and applicable only for any of these mentioned reasons- the item received is different than the item ordered, the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. The time frame to apply for return starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

 

Please send us 2 Images (one of the defect  and one of the entire product) of the product  for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us image at Coraltree.in@gmail.com from where our quality team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.  Also, please state if you want the exchanged product to be the same as ordered initially or any other product with the same or higher value, difference in price of which has to be paid by the customer.

 

We will get back to you with your return request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request e-mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product. Once approved, we will dispatch a new set of the same product or a new product, as instructed in your email.

Points to remember :- Product must be returned with the original packaging including the Tags, Barcode, Accessories , Manual card , Warranty card, Shipping label (pasted on the packet). The product must be unused and in original condition.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.

Orders Cancelled by Coraltree

coraltree.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. The brand will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time frame.
