Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched from the Fulfillment Centre on the next business day, except on Sundays and/or Public Holidays. From dispatch to delivery, it usually takes 5-8 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer than usual.

Once you place an order, you will receive a notification with the order details. We suggest checking your email or your inbox from time to time.

Under no circumstances do we entertain or accept any cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our Fulfillment Centre.

Exchange & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We at Coral Tree stand by the products we showcase in our collection. Each piece is checked before dispatch, and we work with our logistics team to ensure your order arrives safe and sound!

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
  • The product received does not match the order placed by you.

If the wrong product has been delivered to you (the product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will either re-fulfill your order or provide store credit valid for 3 months from the date of your request.

NOTE: A return request is accepted within 7 days of package delivery.

How to place a return request:

  • Email us your Order Number along with images of the original packing and the product received at: coraltree.in@gmail.com
  • Our team will review your request, and if approved, a return request will be initiated.
  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged with our logistics partner. The time required for pick-up is 2-3 working days. Please use the original packing material to avoid damage in transit during the return journey of the package.
  • Once the product is received back at our office, our team will arrange to send a replacement or issue store credit to you.
    EXCHANGE POLICY

    If the product doesn't meet your preferences, you can choose to exchange it with another product from our catalog. Please raise an exchange request within 3 days from the order received date. The product must be unused, and the original packaging material (Box, Bubble Wrap, etc.) should be retained by the customer for reverse shipping.

    How to place a request for exchange:
    • Email us your Order Number along with images of the original packing and the product received at: coraltree.in@gmail.com
    • Our team will review your request, and if approved, an exchange request will be initiated.
    • A reverse pick-up will be arranged with our logistics partner. The time required for pick-up is 2-3 working days.
    • Once the product is received back at our office, our team will issue store credits to your account with a unique Coupon Code. The credits will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
    • Note that reverse shipment charges (as per actual) will be adjusted in your store credit amount. We will not reimburse reverse shipment charges.
    • Note that only the product amount will be adjusted, and not the forward shipping charges, which are paid at the time of order placement.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    Cancellation by Customer

    We can only cancel your order if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and if the order has not already been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please email us at coraltree.in@gmail.com with your order number.

    If a Pre-Paid Order is canceled, we can only provide store credit for the amount paid.

    Cancellation by Coral Tree

    Our main aim is to successfully ship out every order; however, in some situations, we may need to cancel the order. Circumstances that may result in your order being canceled include:
    • Availability of items
    • Inaccurate or insufficient address, and if the delivery location is in a non-serviceable area
    • Incorrect or fraudulent payment
    • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, CoralTree reserves the right to cancel any order at any point in time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
